It’s grown quite a bit in popularity in the past two years  or so, especially amongst the hipster community, but who, who other than Nick Schrader would upon their first attempt go straight to bulk brewing? Harvesting if you will. Now excuse me, I need to go get a few varieties of apples out of the back yard for my latest wine creation…
